This is a great cookbook for someone who wants to eat healthy. I've tried two recipes so far and have quite a few more marked to try. It does have quite a few seafood recipes but I guess more people like fish than don't. There are plenty of other recipes to try.

This is my new favorite Jamie Oliver cookbook. I've only made the first three recipes (Baked Eggs in Popped Beans, Cherry Tomatoes, Ricotta on Toast; Granola Dust; and Magic Poached Eggs, Smashed Avo & Seeded Toast), but those three recipes were amazing. They were delicious, filling, and weren't nearly as time consuming to make as I thought they would be. Some of the recipes do require specialty ingredients, but they are easy enough to substitute. For example, instead of hazelnut milk for one of the recipes I'll be using almond milk, and I'll probably substitute brown rice for black rice. But it's not a big enough inconvenience to take away any stars. Can't wait to try the other recipes!

I love Jamie and have nearly all of his books. Going back to the very first cook book I ever received as a gift (Naked Chef) to present. I've cooked numerous of his seemingly endless culinary ideas and unless I f'd up myself, they ALL are at least as good as I had hoped. Even the ones I didn't like, I felt it was b/c of something I knew I personally failed on my end. I use them mostly in phases. This one not so much, great ideas, but not as inspired as his earlier efforts in my thinking, but as a healthier ideal, I am not so enthusiastic to engage full-on. I like food that's simple, tasty and healthy. I s'pose it's a matter of getting used to doing the SUPER FOOD concepts more fully, so they can become second nature, much like the other great things he's inspired in my life and joys when I am cooking for the familia.

I really enjoy this cookbook! I think the nutritional information is great. Each recipe has a complete breakdown on calories, proteins, fats, etc. It also tells you how many of your 5 day fruits and veggies you're getting. My only complaint is a personal one. I'm not a seafood eater and there are tons of fish and seafood recipes so those are lost on me, but I figure can easily be swapped with some chicken. The health information, beautiful images, Jamie's celebration of good nutritious and easy food is a winner. I look forward to cooking from this book for a long time.

Great cookbook! I wasn't sure if I still wanted a book as I go online mostly for recipes. It's a great option for inspiration and ideas I wouldn't have thought of. Most recipes are super clearly given so you can't mess up (mostly). Great theme too as it matches exactly how I've been trying to eat. Great snack and cook ahead options for the week. All round fun cookbook.

Outstanding book written by someone who is truly passionate about what he does. Beyond recipes, there is plenty of good nutritional education provided toward the end of the book. I like the size and quality of the book ad the photography is well done. Even if you don't cook but a couple items in this book, I think it provides a real inspiration on how to make healthier choices.

Beautiful cookbook with gorgeous photos of every recipe covering every meal option including snacks and drinks. This is a deep dive into incredible food inspired by the Blue Zones of the world. Blue Zones are areas where centenarians thrive as a by-product of their good health, nutrition, culture and vitality. Some of the recipes are featured in Season 1 of Jamie's Super Food series which can also be purchased through Amazon Prime Video. The recipes are fresh, simple and provide good choices for great food that you can feel good about serving.This is, hands down, my favorite cookbook since Thug Kitchen entered the cookbook scene - and I highly recommend all of their cookbooks too!

Some great recipes. But still a bit "Jamie-ish"... don't expect precise directions, though this one is much better than his others. Love the book, but be a cook when using it and don't follow blindly...
